Our great Wind Warrior design,technology and construction incorporates a high modulus graphite IM9 and special blank taper, resulting in a slimmer profile while improving power flow for smoother presentation & casting accuracy.

New for 2008-09, we’ve produced these three spey rod models in order to offer river fishers as wide a choice as possible.

WWS4-1134M Trout Spey Rod
An All New Canadian design, made specifically for canadian small rivers and streams, the 11' Amundson "Trout Spey" for targeting stream species of up to 5 pounds. A light Spey rod for the very active, scrappy small fish species that inhabit our streams.

WWS4-1106F Spey Rod
Nice rod for smaller rivers and gentle presentations though capable of delivering a long cast with small to medium size flies while landing a strong challenging fish. Will throw both floating and sinking tip lines and fishes well with both SA Skagit heads of 27 feet and SA 6/7 Mastery Shorthead lines, ideal with heads around 35 feet.

WWS4-1439F Spey Rod
For serious fishing offshore. The 14 foot length is comfortable handling longer shooting heads, 39 to 41 feet and heavier heads have greater turnover power at distance, to straighten leaders with larger flies. The WWS4-1439 all around steelhead and salmon rod will throw both floating and sinking tip lines.Casts well with 8/9/10 lines.
